HIFIBUX - New PTC GEN4 BUXSITE

This New GEN4 BUXSITE has launch on December 27, 2010 , but I just access it on Dec 30 in my local times. I hope this buxsite will going forever and not scam fast. I had check about their owner on whois record but i found nothing because their identity is hiden, and secondly I can't access PTCPAY license page to check their license. I only found on their forum that the hifibux admin is from Ukraine.
